Membership application is a two-step process
1 - Fill out the application form on this page completely
- Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form
- If the application form is properly filled out, you
will be taken to the Payment page
2 - On the Payment page either
(a) Click the correct PayPal button for your membership
type and complete the payment in PayPal
- OR -
(b) Mail a check in the correct amount to the address
provided and click the confirmation button
